Embedded in the therapeutic process is a need for trust, safety, connection and collaboration. Everything starts with cultivating safety and trust in the relationship. From a place of safety, clients can be more open and vulnerable. Then we can develop an understanding and gain insight into the areas of growth that are needed and work together to define goals, while remaining present in the process
